Job Summary
Novo Logistics is hiring General Labor team members for a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key responsibilities include performing outbound and inventory control activities, maintaining safety standards, and assisting team members with operations. Required skills include effective communication, problem-solving in stressful situations, and the ability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds. The position requires standing and bending for extended periods and working rotating shifts. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Reliable transportation
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- At least 18 years old at the time of application
- Willing to submit to a background check and urinalysis drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- 6 months - 1 year of warehouse experience
- Forklift experience
- Strong knowledge of warehouse work instructions, safety, and housekeeping procedures
