Job Summary
Conduct repetitive welding tasks by placing metal boxes into a robotic welder, pressing buttons, removing parts, and stacking them approximately 500–600 times daily within a 3–4 foot work area. Perform quality checks on parts for pass/fail status, report quantities, and issue materials in the ERP system. Maintain daily and weekly production goals while following all safety requirements, including daily gas cylinder lock-ups. Float to other departments as needed and lift 10–50 lbs. repetitively while wearing required safety glasses and shoes. Work independently or alongside a team member to maintain consistent pace on two adjacent machines. The 1st shift runs Monday through Thursday from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to float to other departments as needed
- Ability to lift 10–50 lbs. repetitively
- Quality checking parts for pass/fail
- Reporting pass/fail part quantities and issuing materials in the ERP system
- Maintaining daily and weekly production goals
- Following all safety requirements, including daily gas cylinder lock-up
- Required PPE: safety glasses, which are provided, and safety shoes
- Comfortable with very repetitive work
- Comfortable working independently while also working near another team member
