Job Summary
Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools while understanding product lines, assembly standards, and installation techniques. Follow quality and safety standards and maintain shop equipment according to an established schedule. Understand cut lists for daily jobs and complete additional tasks or projects as defined by the Production Manager. Cross-train on a variety of woodworking machinery. This role offers Monday through Friday hours with no weekends or required overtime, supported by tools and equipment provided.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the woodworking or cabinet-making fields preferred (32mm systems), but not required.
- Experience with woodworking equipment and hand tools is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
