Job Summary
General Labor position in Tyson Foods' processing facility for 1st and 2nd shifts. Responsibilities include performing entry-level non-skilled general labor across departments, maintaining a safe work environment, adhering to Tyson policies, and handling physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, carrying, or lifting 50+ pounds. Work in fast-paced conditions with repetitive motion, standing 8-10 hours, and potential exposure to damp cold or damp hot environments. Shift differential adds $2/hour for 2nd shift; overtime and some weekends/holidays required. Benefits start on day of hire (health, life, 401k, paid leave, education programs, telemedicine, and more). Must wear PPE (ear protection, hair net, beard guard) and may require background checks.
