Job Summary
Clean, prepare, and de-prepare rental equipment using pressure washers, cleaning agents, and hand tools. Inspect gear for damage, report issues to supervisors, and perform basic maintenance like replacing glass or removing decals. Maintain a clean work area, clean bays, and ensure all tools and industrial equipment are properly maintained at the end of each shift. Follow safety procedures, wear appropriate PPE, and support warehouse or yard operations as directed. This full-time direct hire role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, working outdoors in noisy environments around moving machinery, and occasional overtime. Bi-lingual Spanish and English is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass background check and drug screening requirements
- Able to work overtime occasionally
- Able to read and understand safety instructions
