Job Summary
Inspect product for quality and foreign material contamination. Supply production lines as needed, mix products, weigh or scale materials, and place product on lines, containers, boxes, or pallets. Maintain works areas in a clean and organized manner. Follow industry standard Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety policies at all times. This role requires a strong work ethic and ability to function within a team environment. You must be willing to work overtime based on staffing needs and customer demand across shifts. The position involves exposure to machines, noise, and varying temperatures, with a requirement to stand and lift up to 25lbs throughout the duration of the shift.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be knowledgeable in GMPs or the willingness to learn
- Sufficient math skills
- Must have the ability to understand and follow all safety policies and procedures
- Must be able to work necessary overtime based on staffing needs and customer demand
- Must be able to work across shifts
- Ability to stand and work with your hands throughout the duration of the shift
- Ability to lift at least 25lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to read and write in English preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
