Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking House Maintenance Manager to assist with general home maintenance and outdoor tasks. Responsibilities include performing general labor and house maintenance tasks, organizing the garage, helping with backyard work and outdoor cleaning, snow shoveling during winter as needed, moving and organizing household items, providing basic maintenance and repair assistance, and keeping outdoor and storage areas clean and organized. Ideal candidates are hands-on, organized, and willing to help with a variety of household and outdoor duties.
Required Qualifications
- Must be dependable and hardworking
- Able to perform physical work
- Can work independently and follow instructions
- Must be willing to do some outdoor work
