Job Summary
Operate and monitor foundry equipment (furnaces, molds, finishing centers) and prepare molds/cores for casting. Pour molten metal into molds, monitor cooling processes, and perform quality checks for defects. Maintain a safe, clean work environment, follow safety/regulatory standards, and collaborate with teammates to meet production goals. Requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a hot/noisy environment. Knowledge of foundry tools, machinery, and safety practices; strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. On-the-job training and opportunities for growth are offered.
