Job Summary
General Labor for Shipyard in South Carolina — Entry-Level role performing general labor to support marine/shipyard operations. Responsibilities include loading/unloading and moving materials, fire watch on shore and onboard ships, general cleaning, and potential use of mechanical tools. Must be willing to work 1st or 2nd shift, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and able to work around ships; lodging assistance available and transportation required. Overtime is available; long-term project with hourly pay and per diem. Location set in Brownsville, TX (Port of Brownsville) as the stated posting location.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- The ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be willing to work on/around ships.
