Job Summary
General Labor - Floor Installers tasked with supporting installation of gypsum and concrete-based floor underlayment products, including cutting, tapping, and laying acoustical floor mat, pouring gypcrete, setting up hoses, operating a bobcat, delivering supplies, and assisting crew members. Must know basic hand tools and how to read a tape measure; able to lift up to 80 lbs repeatedly; willing to work year-round at construction sites in the Boston, MA area. Required Qualifications
- Must know basic hand tools
- Basic knowledge of reading a tape measure
- Hard-working and goal-oriented
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to drive to project sites
- Ability to multi-task
- Comfortable working in multi-temperature environment
- Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 80lbs repeatedly
- Previous construction experience a plus
- Experience with concrete crew is a plus
- Primary Objective: support install of gypsum and concrete-based products
- Ability to operate small tools and perform basic equipment repair
