Job Summary
Operate basic manufacturing equipment under supervision while supplying materials to production lines and removing finished goods as assigned. Perform routine cleaning, housekeeping, and sanitation of work areas and equipment, adhering strictly to GMPs, food safety requirements, and quality standards. Report equipment issues, safety concerns, injuries, or unsafe conditions promptly to supervision and participate in team meetings and required training. Assist with line start-ups, shutdowns, changeovers, and production support while maintaining focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. Work cooperatively with Production, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and other departments to support safe and efficient plant operations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to pass a drug screen on the first day of employment
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for extended periods, and completing repetitive tasks
- Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions, safety rules, GMPs, sanitation requirements, quality standards, and company procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, lead employees, and support departments
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required to meet production needs
- Willingness to learn multiple tasks, departments, or job classifications as needed
- Ability to successfully complete required company training, safety training, food safety training, GMP training, and job-specific training
- Ability to work assigned shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed, with flexibility to support production demands, staffing needs, sanitation requirements, training, and operational needs
- Ability to frequently walk, stand, bend, twist, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, climb, grasp, and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. as required by the position

Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, sanitation, food production, or material handling experience preferred, but not required
- Forklift experience is preferred but not required
- Food manufacturing experience is a plus
