Job Summary
Process and handle turkey eggs in the Hatchery, including unloading pallets, hand-transferring eggs, candling, and cleaning duties. Operate forklifts after completing company training and certification. Uphold consistent cleanliness and animal welfare standards while following all company policies, business ethics codes, and applicable federal and state regulations. Maintain confidentiality of all company information and adhere to strict attendance requirements. Work in a cooled environment year-round, lifting up to 50 lbs frequently, with shifts typically running 8-10 hours Monday through Friday.
