General Labor Debone (2nd Shift) at Tyson Foods in the Obion County Plant — 2nd shift expected from about 4 PM to 1 AM, with a $2.00 per hour shift differential. Responsibilities include entry-level non-skilled general labor across processing departments, maintaining a safe work environment, and adhering to Tyson policies. Duties may involve pushing, pulling, carrying or lifting 50+ pounds, standing for 8 to 10 hours, climbing stairs, and wearing PPE (ear protection, hair net, beard guard). Tasks are fast-paced with overtime, some weekends and holidays as production requires. Must be willing to work in damp cold or damp hot environments and perform repetitive motions. Rehires are subject to a 1-year wait period; multiple prior Tyson employment may affect eligibility.
