Job Summary
Adhere to all plant and corporate safety rules; learn and perform entry level manufacturing tasks while training to take on more advanced machine operating responsibilities. Reports safety concerns, maintains a clean and safe work environment, and demonstrates a willingness to learn with a good attitude. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k) and paid holidays. Position is entry level with potential for growth within MCC's manufacturing operations. Shift is 12 hour days; compensation $18.58-$20.06 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 16+
- physically able to lift up to 50 pounds
- standing/walking/balancing/climbing or crouching as required
- able to work 12 hour shifts
- training to operate entry level manufacturing tasks
