General Labor (Concrete, rebar, finishing experience)

Job Summary
Support daily manufacturing operations across production lines, yards, and facilities by executing material handling, assembly, and finishing tasks. Operate power tools and machinery such as CNC machines, welders, and grinders while preparing concrete, rebar, and wood according to drawings. Maintain organized work areas, manage hazardous materials, and follow strict safety protocols and standard operating procedures. Complete required documentation and perform receiving, storing, and delivery duties for equipment and supplies. This union role offers full-time employment with overtime opportunities based on production needs. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a pension plan, and paid training. Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, kneel, and lift throughout the shift
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly, with assistance for heavier loads
- Required use of PPE including hard hat, high-visibility vest, gloves, and eye and hearing protection
- Willingness to participate in required training and safety programs
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a construction or manufacturing environment preferred
- Experience working in a union environment preferred
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- Ability to follow work instructions and blueprints
- Dependable, punctual, and productive work habits
- Ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing and outdoor environments
- Comfortable escalating issues while maintaining positive working relationships
- Candidates who have experience in concrete are encouraged to apply
