GENERAL LABOR - CHEESE

Assemble carts, rinse and sanitize equipment, load and unload vacuum chambers, and seal products. Inspect, weigh, and tag cart contents while maintaining strict housekeeping and proper documentation. Assist with new employee training, support maintenance personnel for machine repairs, and report production deficiencies or critical shift change information to management. Continuously identify process improvement opportunities and adhere to all Quality, Safety, and GMP policies. This role supports AMPI's Midwest cheese production facilities, ensuring compliance with rigorous standards across six plants.
