Job Summary
Conduct general labor duties across all processing departments at Tyson Foods Complex Green Forest, including cutting chicken with scissors and knives, lifting varying weights, and working on platforms two feet above floor level. Perform tasks requiring standing, walking, bending, climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching in cold, damp, or hot, humid environments with slippery surfaces. Work any available shift, including those on fast-moving lines, while tolerating motion and navigating stairs. Complete required background checks and drug screenings as applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Willingness to work in any processing department and/or any available shift
- Willingness to work in a very cold environment
- Willingness to go up and down stairs
- Willingness to use scissors and knives to cut chicken
- Must be able to tolerate motion and work on a fast-moving processing line
- Willingness to work on a stand that is two (2) feet above floor level
- Willingness to stand, walk, bend, stretch, climb, push, pull, and reach
- Willingness to walk up and down stairs
- Willingness to stand on and work on a platform that is about two feet above floor level
- Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
