Job Summary
General Laborer and Warehouse Worker duties include loading/unloading, moving, staging materials, receiving, stocking, organizing inventory, picking/packing orders, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, operating basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks, carts), performing basic quality checks, and collaborating with team members to meet productivity goals. Training provided for equipment use; steel-toed boots required; 18+ years old; ability to work various environments and shifts; entry-level experience acceptable.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work in any environment: non-climate-controlled, climate-controlled, or outdoors
- Physically able to move/lift 25-75 lbs, push, pull, bend, twist, climb, reach, stand for long hours
- Steel-toed boots are required
- Ability to work safely and effectively as a team member
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Entry-level experience acceptable, willingness to learn essential
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, or machinery is a plus (preferred)
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus (not required)
- Willing to work any shift
