Job Summary
General Labor roles in an automotive manufacturing environment (production, assembly, machine operator, packing and related duties) with entry-level requirements and on-the-job paid training. Responsibilities include packing goods for shipment, assembling goods on production lines, monitoring the production process, maintaining work areas and equipment, and potentially operating lifting equipment or forklift trucks in a warehouse. Shifts span multiple daytime and overnight windows, with a temp-to-hire progression. Ideal candidates are dependable, able to work independently, willing to learn, and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds; reliable transportation is preferred.
