Job Summary
Inspect product for quality and signs of foreign material contamination. Supply production lines as needed and ensure correct placement of product on lines, in containers, boxes, or pallets. Maintain works areas in a clean and organized manner while performing all other duties as assigned. Adhere to industry standard Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety policies, including restrictions on artificial nails or jewelry during food production. Requires strong work ethic, ability to lift 25lbs, and willingness to work overtime across shifts in a manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have the ability to understand and follow all safety policies and procedures
- Must be able to work necessary overtime based on staffing needs and customer demand, as well as across shifts
- Ability to stand and work with your hands throughout the duration of the shift
- Ability to lift at least 25lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Must be knowledgeable in GMPs or the willingness to learn
- Sufficient math skills
- Ability to read and write in English preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
