Job Summary
General Laborer on 3rd Shift at Land O’Lakes dairy foods manufacturing facility in Spencer, WI. Performs manufacturing processes that add value and create high-quality products. Training during the 90-day probationary period may cover all three shifts; 1st/2nd/3rd shift times are listed with overtime opportunities. Wage is $26.05/hour with paid training on general labor and rated positions; training and performance determine pay rate for rated positions. Required Qualifications
