Job Summary
General Labor on 2nd shift (2:00pm-10:00pm) at L&M Corrugated Container Corp. Responsibilities include feeding corrugated into production machines, assisting with machine set-ups, working with lead operators to run production efficiently, performing quality checks, bundling orders, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment while following all safety rules. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, perform basic math, and read a tape measure; must be able to work as part of a fast-paced team. Compensation starts at $20/hour with potential for growth into roles such as Machine Operator, Forklift Driver, or Team Lead.
