Load bulk meat logs into slicers, perform re-weight checks, and inspect product for quality or foreign material contamination. Place sliced meat into packaging, reject non-compliant items, and fill boxes to required levels. Stack completed boxes on pallets with proper configuration and stocking. Maintain clean, sanitary areas and inspect equipment regularly. Contribute to team effort by performing other duties as assigned.
