Load bulk meat logs into slicers, perform random re-weigh checks, and inspect product for quality and foreign material contamination. Place sliced meat into packaging, reject non-compliant items, and fill boxes to required levels. Position completed boxes on pallets with proper configuration and stocking. Maintain clean, sanitary areas and equipment throughout the shift. Contribute to team effort by performing other duties as assigned.
