Job Summary
This entry-level position involves assisting with various hands-on tasks related to the construction of solar fields. Responsibilities include activities such as pile installation, module staging, and tracker QA/QC. Successful candidates will demonstrate physical capability to lift heavy items and endure various outdoor weather conditions, while also possessing teamwork skills and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- Able to lift 50+ pounds
- Able to conduct repetitive actions, such as stooping, bending, pushing, pulling, and reaching
- Able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Able to follow precise instruction and receive feedback
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work well with others
- Experience working on construction projects preferred

- Candidates must be able to work in all weather conditions, as safety permits.
