Job Summary
Execution Services Operations Analyst focused on identifying and resolving trade breaks, monitoring order flow, resolving trade discrepancies, and providing external client support within Fidelity Digital Assets. Works with Custody Operations, Technology Support, Relationship Managers and Client Service Managers to understand client trading and operational needs and drive client satisfaction. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 2+ years of trade and post-trade execution support, knowledge of front-to-back trade lifecycle, trading technologies such as API and FIX, and experience with institutional clients (e.g., hedge funds). Strong attention to detail, analytical abilities, relationship-building across teams, and proven delivery of world-class service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Tableau knowledge is a plus; cryptocurrency knowledge is a plus.
