Job Summary
Execution Services Operations Analyst focused on identifying and resolving trade breaks, proactively monitoring order flow, identifying and escalating trade discrepancies, and providing key external client support. Works closely with Custody Operations, Technology Support, Relationship Managers, and Client Service Managers to understand client trading and operational needs and drive satisfaction. Requires 2+ years of trade/post-trade execution experience, deep knowledge of the front-to-back trade lifecycle, familiarity with trading technologies (API, FIX), and strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred Bachelor's degree and comfort working in a global, fast-paced environment with a client-first mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2+ years of trade & post trade execution support
- Knowledge of front to back trade lifecycle
- Knowledge of trading technologies & API/FIX & other trading frameworks
- Deep knowledge of Institutional clients, accounts (e.g. hedge funds)
- Strong attention to detail & analytical skills
- Relationship building skills across teams, business units, and peers
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with client service delivery and cross-functional collaboration
