Job Summary

Facilitate program sessions and manage arrival and departure day logistics across Outdoor Recreation, Adventure Sports, and Hospitality Services on a 10,600-acre property. Adhere to SBR Staff Handbook policies and perform any other duties assigned by leadership while supporting core values of Sustainability, Leadership, Service, and Adventure. Maintain high emotional intelligence and adaptability in a fast-paced environment to interact with customers and staff of all ages. Interviews occur between October and May, with selection inquiries handled by a recruiter.

Required Qualifications

  • 18 Years old or older by start of employment
  • Be or become a registered member of the Boy Scouts of America
  • Must meet the Summit Bechtel Reserve's high adventure height/weight requirements as laid out in the Summit BSA Health & Medical Record
