Job Summary
General Helper in Krieger Specialty Products’ production environment supports production and assembly teams through basic material handling, preparatory shop tasks, and general duties. You’ll assist operators, keep work areas organized, perform simple inspections, and help ensure smooth workflow while upholding safety and quality practices. Must have a high school diploma or GED, be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 75 lbs (per physical demands), have basic reading/writing/arithmetic skills, maintain reliable attendance, and be willing to work overtime. Prior manufacturing or general labor experience is helpful but not required; strong teamwork and mechanical aptitude are valued. This is a full-time, 1st shift role with compensation of $16.00-$18.00 per hour; environment includes PPE and a fast-paced, physical workload.
