Job Summary
General Help team member on the 3rd shift (Sunday-Friday 11:00pm-7:30AM) at Nestlé Health Science in New York. Responsibilities include replenishing materials and reporting shortages or inconsistencies, assembling cardboard trays and stacking products onto pallets, wrapping products manually or with a wrapping machine, verifying product selection and quantity and applying labels as needed, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and following safety rules, GMPs, SOPs, and company policies. The role requires basic math, English reading/writing, and a team-oriented, dependable approach; candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work around powders, chemicals, and food allergens. Onboarding occurs in the first week, with potential overtime based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 0 - 1 years of factory or manufacturing experience preferred
- Understanding of material handling and equipment preferred
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout your shift
- Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens
