Job Summary
Lead on-site execution of healthcare construction projects valued at 200 million+ from mobilization through close-out, maintaining schedule integrity, site safety, and clinical environment coordination; enforce day-to-day field leadership with subcontractors, manage schedule and milestone accountability, ensure Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) compliance and Interim Life Safety Measures (ILSM) coordination, interface with AHCA and healthcare regulators, oversee quality control and inspection management, coordinate with hospital facilities staff, and uphold zero-tolerance safety in occupied healthcare environments; requires proven field leadership in healthcare construction and the ability to make decisive field calls within phased, sensitive hospital settings.
Required Qualifications
