Job Summary
Perform 3-5 maintenance and repair tasks daily across a mix of homes, apartments, and townhomes in Chicagoland. Handle plumbing (drips, clogs, swaps), HVAC (filters, simple fixes, thermostats), electrical (light switches, outlets, fixtures), drywall (patch, sand, paint), and general repairs/make-readies. Upload notes and photos via company phone, and communicate with dispatch and teammates throughout the day. Bring your own tools, a reliable vehicle, and a valid driver’s license; leverage mobile apps to keep work moving. Requires 2-4 years of residential maintenance experience, solid hands-on skills across multiple trades, and the ability to solve problems with minimal excuses. Required Qualifications
