Immediate patient volume in a two-hospital setting (80-bed and 40-bed hospitals). Call is initially 1:5 and will transition to 1:6 or 1:7. Includes a path to partnership with zero buy-in and the option to buy into an ASC. MD/DO required; practice emphasizes independent operation within a respected regional group.
