Job Summary
General FSQA Manager responsible for daily management of the FSQA department, including implementation and execution of food safety programs (HACCP/HARPC & SSOP), verification and record-keeping for regulatory compliance, budget oversight, and leadership of FSQA Supervisors and Technicians. Oversees sanitation support, product quality, and customer interactions (audits, plant tours), participates in new product commercialization, and ensures adherence to customer specifications and proper labeling. Must oversee microbiological monitoring, issue investigations, and provide training and support across FSQA functions; liaises with USDA/FDA and plant management, with relocation assistance available and US residency required.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- At least 5 years in a food manufacturing environment
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Must reside in the United States
