General Foreperson

Supervise crew leaders to ensure proper administration of company policies, work practices, and adherence to safety practices. Oversee employee training, disciplinary action, work production, paperwork, payroll, and interpretation of the Union Agreement. Manage daily operations to maintain compliance with all organizational standards and contractual obligations.
