Job Summary
Lead site operations at Affinity Water's Egham Water Treatment Works, ensuring work is delivered safely, to specification, and on programme. Supervise the site team and supply chain while planning, coordinating, and monitoring progress of allocated sections. Manage labour, plant, and materials to meet targets, leading daily activities and ensuring effective communication across teams. Identify and report scope, programme, or commercial changes, and resolve technical challenges as they arise. Conduct regular health and safety inspections, enforce RAMS and permits to work, and maintain accurate site records including daily diaries. Provide regular progress updates to the Site Manager and support the introduction of new processes and innovations.
Required Qualifications
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- EUSR National Water Hygiene
- EUSR Modules 1 & 2
- Temporary Works Supervisor (TWS)
- First Aid at Work
- Fire Marshal
- A relevant qualification in construction, engineering or a related discipline
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in heavy civils and/or water industry environments
- The ability to manage multiple work packages and interface with different disciplines
- Confidence reading and interpreting drawings, specifications, programmes and technical information
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
- Proven experience leading teams within a construction site environment
- Excellent communication skills and experience liaising with clients and stakeholders
