Job Summary
Oversee project development by leading Job Estimate Turnover Meetings, creating Integrated Project Teams, and optimizing site logistics for material flow and temporary power. Manage 12-week to 4-week look-ahead schedules, assign scopes of work to Foremen, and coordinate vendor handoffs while ensuring contractual compliance. Enforce on-site safety practices, review the Project Master Safety Plan, and coordinate inspections with Authorities Having Jurisdiction. Monitor production metrics, verify timesheets, and resolve RFIs to maintain accurate project tracking and quality standards. Lead crews of 20-50 employees on construction job sites in the Western US, requiring a Colorado Journeyman Electrical License and 3+ years of supervisory experience.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of field experience in electrical construction, including supervisory or leadership roles
- High School diploma or GED
- Colorado Journeyman Electrical License
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with OSHA 10 qualifications
- OSHA 30
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft 365 and construction software (e.g., Bluebeam Studio)
- Fundamental knowledge of construction management and scheduling techniques

- Strong ability to complete due diligence and risk assessment
- Impeccable integrity and ethics with internal and external stakeholders
