Job Summary
Oversee project development by leading job estimate turnover meetings, creating Integrated Project Teams, and optimizing site logistics for material flow and temporary power. Manage strategic scheduling through 12-week look-ahead plans, assign scopes to Foremen, and coordinate vendor handoffs while ensuring contractual compliance and tool inventory accuracy. Enforce safety standards by refining the Master Safety Plan and coordinating inspections with Authorities Having Jurisdiction. Monitor production metrics, verify timesheets, and resolve RFIs to maintain project milestones. Requires a Colorado Journeyman Electrical License, 3+ years of electrical construction experience, and ability to supervise crews of 20–50 employees on job sites with typical construction conditions.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of field experience in electrical construction, including supervisory or leadership roles
- High School diploma or GED
- Colorado Journeyman Electrical License

- Familiarity with OSHA 10 qualifications
- OSHA 30
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft 365 and construction software (e.g., Bluebeam Studio)
- Fundamental knowledge of construction management and scheduling techniques

- Strong ability to complete due diligence and risk assessment
