Job Summary
Coordinate all project field activities, supervise assigned craft personnel, and enforce company and customer safety policies. Communicate daily with the Superintendent, customers, and crew members regarding schedule, budget, and project specifications. Manage workforce planning, approve purchase receipts, order materials, and coordinate equipment usage. Prepare project-specific safety plans, submit daily reports, and assist with estimating and business development initiatives. Lead hiring and termination processes with HR support while promoting training initiatives. Manage union interfaces and address labor grievances promptly.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of Ten (10) years project construction experience in related fields
- Must have 3 years' experience as a Foreman
- Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid State of Residence Driver License
- Must have a Valid Class A CDL and current medical examiner card
- Must be able to work outdoors in diverse terrain and in all weather conditions
- Must complete OSHA 10hr Safety Training Program within 60 days
- Successful completion of appropriate knowledge and skills examinations
- Must have ability for frequent travel on needed training requirements and potential for overtime including storm work
