Job Summary
Lead and coordinate multiple Foremen and craft personnel across assigned project scopes while executing work plans aligned with Superintendent direction. Plan and manage daily manpower, task sequencing, and field productivity, enforcing safety practices through meetings and pre-task planning. Oversee QA/QC execution including inspections, punch list resolution, and corrective actions, while coordinating logistics for material flow and equipment usage. Resolve field conflicts and support communication between teams, subcontractors, and project management. Mentor and develop Foremen and craft personnel throughout project setup, execution, and closeout. This role requires 8–12 years of construction field operations experience, with 75% travel to Dallas, TX, and flexible hours including nights and weekends. Data center or mission-critical project experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 8–12 years of experience in construction field operations or skilled trades
- Proven experience as a Foreman or General Foreman managing multiple crews
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction drawings, and specifications
- Working knowledge of QA/QC processes and construction safety requirements
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Superintendents, Engineers, and cross-functional teams
- Travel up to 75%
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
- Must be able to perform overhead work for extended periods
- Must be able to climb and carry ladders up to 12 ft
- Must be able to navigate stairways
- Must be able to work at heights up to 90 ft using ladders, scaffolds, or lifts
- Must be able to hear, speak, and communicate effectively
- Must be able to wear full PPE
- Must have good vision and hearing (normal or corrected)
- Must be able to accurately identify colors
- Must be able to bend
- Must be able to stoop
- Must be able to squat
- Must be able to crawl
- Must be able to climb
- Must be able to kneel
