Job Summary
Set up food service facilities, equipment, and utensils under instruction while checking food temperatures and preparing areas for daily operations. Prepare or assist in preparing hot and cold meals and beverages, then serve items to customers from counters or steam tables, ensuring appropriate portions are dispensed. Replenish foods, silverware, glassware, and trays at serving stations as needed, and maintain work areas by cleaning floors, facilities, dishes, and equipment. Wash pots and pans, ensuring sanitary handling, and collect and place garbage in designated containers. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Shift runs from 12:30pm to 8:30pm with every other weekend off, though hours may change during school breaks.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to communicate and understand primary language(s) use by guests who typically visit the work location
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred
