Job Summary
The General Field Superintendent is responsible for managing all Self-Perform Projects and liaising with various teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. The role involves scheduling and managing crews, quality control, verifying compliance with contract documents, and resolving project issues. Applicants should have significant experience in commercial/industrial construction, be detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office 365. Travel is required for this position.
Required Qualifications
- 10 or more years of experience in commercial/industrial construction
- Detail-oriented
- Experience in project administration and management

- Ability to professionally interact with all levels of the organization, business owners, and subcontractors
