General ENT physician to join a brand-new hospital-employed ENT practice. The incoming physician will be the sole provider of general ENT services at PRMC, handling both adult and pediatric cases with a focus on outpatient care and light call. Responsibilities include managing outpatient ENT cases, performing procedures in on-site rooms, and utilizing on-site testing. The role operates within a hospitalist system managed by TeamHealth. Opportunities include a base salary guarantee with wrRVU production, a sign-on bonus, relocation support, and student loan repayment assistance. Preferred candidates are board-certified/board-eligible ENT physicians with readiness for solo practice and comfort working independently in a community hospital setting.
