General ENT physician to join a brand-new, hospital-employed practice as the sole ENT provider. Responsibilities include adult and pediatric ENT cases, primarily outpatient with light call, with access to procedure rooms and on-site testing. Employer provides a base salary guarantee with wRVU production, plus a sign-on bonus and relocation package; additional benefits include student loan repayment assistance. Hospitalist services are managed by TeamHealth; residents may apply but should be comfortable in a solo practice setting. Located in Palestine, TX, about 45 miles from Tyler and two hours from Dallas and Waco; service area ~120k across four counties.
