General ENT - sole general Otolaryngology provider in a hospital-employed, primarily outpatient practice with light call. Responsibilities include adult and pediatric ENT cases in a solo practice setup with on-site testing and procedure rooms, supported by a hospitalist team. Candidate will be BC/BE Otolaryngologist; residents may apply. Compensation includes base salary guaranteed with wRVU production, plus sign-on bonus, relocation package, and student loan repayment assistance. Experience in a hospital-employed, solo-practice ENT role is advantageous; readiness to work independently and provide comprehensive ENT services is required.
