Job Summary
General ENT physician to join a brand-new hospital-employed practice with Palestine Regional Medical Center. The incoming physician will be the sole ENT provider, handling adult and pediatric ENT cases in an outpatient-focused setting with light call. Responsibilities include managing a solo practice with on-site testing and procedure rooms; Hospitalist group managed by TeamHealth. Competitive base salary guaranteed with wRVU production, plus sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and student loan repayment options. Residents are welcome to apply but must be comfortable in a solo practice. Location is Palestine, TX (approximately 45 miles from Tyler, TX).
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology (ENT)
- MD/DO with ability to obtain medical license in Texas
- Ability to practice as sole ENT provider in a hospital-employed setting
- Experience with adult and pediatric ENT cases preferred
