Job Summary
Perform planning and design work for new construction and renovations, including runway, road, and facility projects. Monitor and manage projects from pre-construction site surveys through completion of as-built drawings. Coordinate with engineers, architects, contracting officers, and tenant representatives to execute design calculations, cost estimates, and technical specifications. Prepare graphic presentations, construction documents, and engineering studies to communicate strategies with stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture
- 5+ years of experience as a Design Engineer or Project Manager
- Background check
- Ability to develop solicitation packages and manage projects with minimal training
- Comprehensive knowledge of engineering principles and analytical techniques in order to support complex engineering assignments relating to civil engineering disciplines (mechanical, civil, electrical, or architecture)
- Experience in gathering data to solve complex technical problems and be able to follow established project-related procedures and complete established project milestones

- Experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications, ABSS/DEAMS, BUILDER, TRIRIGA (desired), E4Clicks (desired), AutoCAD/ Revit (desired)
