General Electrical Superintendent

Oversee multiple electrical projects and supervise field personnel including field supervisors, lead persons, journeypersons, apprentices, and helpers. Plan project work and ensure materials, tools, and equipment are scheduled to meet scope, budget, and construction schedules. Manage on-site construction, trade contractors, and field personnel to meet schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction. Review project documents, plans, and specifications; coordinate field installations and project close-outs. Develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Conduct annual performance evaluations of assigned personnel and collaborate with HR, estimating, accounting, finance, and other corporate services. Interact with owners, owner representatives, architects, engineers, trade contractors, vendors, and others involved in project-related activities.
