Job Summary
General Electrical Foreman leading and coordinating multiple Foremen and craft personnel on electrical fit-out and installation projects in Port Washington, WI with up to 50% travel. Oversees day-to-day field execution to ensure safety, schedule adherence, and quality; plans manpower, task sequencing, and field productivity; enforces safety practices and leads pre-task planning; manages QA/QC inspections and punch list resolution; coordinates logistics, materials, and equipment; resolves field conflicts and mentors Foremen and craft personnel while supporting project setup, execution, and closeout. Requires 8–12 years in construction field operations or skilled trades, proven foreman/generalf foreman experience, strong knowledge of electrical systems, drawings, QA/QC, and cross-functional collaboration; data center/mission-critical experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 8–12 years of experience in construction field operations or skilled trades
- Proven experience as a Foreman or General Foreman managing multiple crews
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction drawings, and specifications
- Working knowledge of QA/QC processes and construction safety requirements
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Superintendents, Engineers, and cross-functional teams
- Data center or mission-critical project experience preferred
