General Electrical Foreman

Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day field execution across installation services and electrical fit-out scopes; lead multiple foremen and craft personnel; plan manpower, task sequencing, and field productivity; enforce safety practices and lead safety meetings; oversee QA/QC inspections, punch lists, and corrective actions; coordinate logistics such as material flow and site access; resolve field conflicts and mentor foremen and craft personnel; requires 8–12 years of experience in construction field operations or skilled trades, with strong electrical systems knowledge and data center/mission-critical project experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 8–12 years of experience in construction field operations or skilled trades
- Proven experience as a Foreman or General Foreman
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction drawings, and specifications
- Working knowledge of QA/QC processes and construction safety requirements
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Superintendents, Engineers, and cross-functional teams
- Data center or mission-critical project experience preferred
